Black Power Party Soliparty
Zum Abschluss des Black History Month laden wir Black Queer Berlin und OYA zu „Black Power Party” mit Black Queer Artists ein.
Der Februar war nochmal eine Gelegenheit, die Geschichte von Schwarze Menschen hervorzuheben, insbesondere für uns Black Queers weil, Queer - ist Black History! Unsere Soliparty markiert das Ende des Black History Month, aber sie signalisiert auch, dass wir in den kommenden Monaten sowohl als Einzelpersonen als auch als Schwarze und queere Community noch mehr politisch aktiver sein werden. Sie ist auch ein Aufruf zum Handeln für alle und für unsere Allies.
Der BHM erinnert uns daran, dass unsere Geschichten ein Teil der Menschheit und Widerstandes sind. Vor allem wollen wir, dass der BHM mehr als nur ein einziger Monat im Jahr ist; viel mehr wollen wollenwir euch anregen eure Schwarze Geschichte über das ganze Jahr sichtbarer zu machen, mit allen Mitteln, die euch zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Tatsache, dass unsere Kulturen, Identitäten und Geschichte allzu oft reproduiziert werden, ohne das wir erwähnt werden oder darin vorkommen, zeigt, dass der BHM auch 100 Jahre später immer noch wichtig ist.
Denn auch 100 Jahre später ist das Leben Schwarzer Menschen von Vernichtung, Entmenschlichung und Auslöschung geprägt. Schwarze Realitäten werden ausgelöscht und schlimmer noch, sie werden gerne weiß gewaschen.
Der BHM erinnert uns daran, dass unsere Geschichten ein Teil der Menschheit und Widerstandes sind. Vor allem wollen wir, dass der BHM mehr als nur ein einziger Monat im Jahr ist; viel mehr wollen wollen wir euch anregen eure Schwarze Geschichte über das ganze Jahr verteilt, sichtbar zu machen und das mit allen Mitteln, die euch zur Verfügung stehen.

📚🌈 Das Buch erschienen bei @edition_nautilus ist ein gesellschaftspolitisches Plädoyer für die Anerkennung queerer Familien als gleichwertig – und teilweise sogar als fortschrittlicher – im Vergleich zur klassischen heterosexuellen Kleinfamilie. Anhand persönlicher Erfahrungen, wissenschaftlicher Studien und Beobachtungen zeigt die Autorin, dass queere Elternschaft häufig bewusster organisiert ist und Care-Arbeit sowie Erwerbsarbeit gerechter verteilt werden. Gleichzeitig analysiert sie, wie tradierte Geschlechterrollen und strukturelle Zwänge in Hetero-Familien weiterhin Ungleichheit reproduzieren. Das Buch widerspricht gängigen Vorurteilen gegenüber Regenbogenfamilien, insbesondere der angeblichen Gefährdung des Kindeswohls, und lädt dazu ein, festgefahrene Vorstellungen von Familie, Elternschaft und Normalität kritisch zu hinterfragen.

Das Beratungsangebot richtet sich an weiblich gelesene Personen, die homophobe Gewalt erlebt haben. Menschen, die sich als trans*, inter* und nicht-binär identifizieren, sind willkommen. Wir beraten queer-feministisch, parteilich und diskriminierungssensibel. Die Beratung ist kostenlos und auf Wunsch anonym.
In einem persönlichen Beratungsgespräch können Anliegen rund um das Thema homophobe Gewalt gegen weiblich gelesene Menschen besprochen werden. Unsere Berater*innen unterstützen dich bei der emotionalen Stabilisierung und vermitteln bei Bedarf an weitere Angebote. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Handlungsstrategien, die dir dabei helfen, mit dem Erlebten umzugehen.
Die erste Sprechstunde findet am 05.03. von 16-18 Uhr bei L-Support in der Potsdamer Str. 39, 10783 Berlin statt.

As always, TIN* only sessions are for those who are trans*/intersex/non-binary or questioning if they might be. We don’t police gender at the door - come as you are with no worries 🙂
Here is a bit about Ash in their own words-
“Hi I’m Ash! (They/He) I’m a trans Filipinx gender fluid being 🐠
Currently what makes me happy is knitting, biking around, playing with tarot, music, and sharing warmth and giggles with the people I love.
This is my first time modelling for live drawing but I am coming with curiosity and the openness to connection, with others and my own body, my home.
The poses and energy I will be bringing will be a mixture of boldness, playful and calm. See you then. “

Barrieren: Es gibt eine Treppe mit Geländer zwischen Einlass und Schwimmbad. Rollstühle oder Rollatoren können während des Schwimmens am Einlass gelassen werden, wenn du Treppen gehen kannst.
WAS: Das Schwimmen ist Vereinsschwimmen. Vereinszugehörige haben freien Eintritt. Alle neuen können in den Verein Seitenwechsel eintreten und kommen dann ab sofort mit einer Seitenwechsel-Karte in das Bad. Monatlicher Beitrag: 4 Euro oder 30 Euro für ein Jahr. Der Beitrag kann vor Ort bar bezahlt werden. Wer sich noch nicht für den Beitritt entscheiden kann, zahlt vor Ort für das Probetraining 5 Euro/4 Euro ermäßigt. Wir erklären euch die Regelung und die Vereinsbeiträge gerne vor Ort.
Kommt erst mal vorbei!
Die Wassertemperatur beträgt aktuell 26 °C, es gibt einen flachen Bereich für Nichtschwimmer*innen und 1-2 Bahnen zum Bahnenschwimmen. Schwimmnudeln etc. werden bei Bedarf gestellt.
Die beiden Umkleidebereiche werden nach Diskussion unter Teilnehmenden aktuell so genutzt (freie Wahl, nach Selbstbestimmung): a) Trans-Femme (cis Frauen willkommen) b) All genders - für alle. Es gibt jeweils Einzelkabinen zum Umkleiden, nicht jedoch zum Duschen. Die innen liegenden Glastüren des Bades werden durch Jalousien verdeckt.
Der Zugang zum Bad ist nicht barrierefrei (u. a. Treppen). Unterstützungsbedarf bitte anmelden.
Conny-Hendrik macht den Einlass. Rettungsschwimmer*in in der Halle ist Val oder Carrie.
Die Wasserzeit geht bis 21:00 Uhr, um 21:30 Uhr wird das Schwimmbad geschlossen. Ihr werdet am Einlass gebeten einen Haftungsausschluss zu unterschreiben (dass ihr auf eigene Gefahr teilnehmt). Zeigt, dass das Angebot in Berlin einzigartig und notwendig ist, indem ihr zahlreich erscheint!
Also: Termine vormerken! 1. Di im Monat. Badelatschen sind Pflicht. Textilien können beliebig gewählt werden, müssen aber Badebekleidung sein (keine Baumwoll-T-Shirts).
Eine 1 Euro Münze für den Schrank und 5 Cent Stücke für den Fön können sich als hilfreich erweisen.

What is POUND®? It is a high-energy, full-body fitness program from the United States that combines cardio, strength training, and elements of Pilates with the simulation of playing the drums. About Mathilde Kleo (She/they): Hello there. My name is Mathilda, which means "mighty in battle," my middle name is Kleo, which means "famous," and Colada stands for "relaxation." Quite a combination of who I am and who I am becoming. I was born in Eastern Europe, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and have been living in Western Europe—Germany and Spain—since 2017. I have felt settled in Berlin since 2021. I have a background in dance theater education, a yoga certification, and I worked as an entertainment manager in Spain for two years, with licenses in Zumba, Aqua Zumba, and Pound. I have been working in the fitness industry in Berlin since 2021, and since my transition as a trans woman, Now, I am able and becoming more aware of with whom I share my energy. I am so grateful and passionate to start teaching at Seitenwechsel, empowering my Queer and TIN* community. I believe in transformative energy and see my purpose in teaching my classes with my heart and soul. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you, to being honest, vulnerable, joyful, aware, and human.

Alle Werke der Künstlerinnen Catherine Lieder, Daniela Torres und Hannah Römer reflektieren die Bildsprache des "männlichen Blicks" und eröffnen neue Wege der Darstellung von Intimität und Sexualität und bekräftigen das Recht der Frauen, diese selbst zu interpretieren.

We are inviting for a session of resting, creating trustful connections in t4t embodied care. With the rise in fascism in the last year(s), putting trans* people at the forefront of political warfare, our bodies are subjected to a permanent and constantly increasing level of stress. Given this reality, we want to create a space where we can find (momentary) relief and relaxation with each other. To reach a deep embodied release, exercises will be ranging from physical ones such as massaging (oneself & the others, based on consent practices with healing and supportive touch) to interpersonal ones such as reflecting & sharing about our experiences being trans*.
Let’s bring warmth, letting go and rest into our bodies to build a community of connection. Especially inviting trans* people to the space who are affected by intersectional forms of discrimination, prioritizing BIPOCs, neurodivergent and chronically ill people.
To make this space as accessible as possible, we ask all participants to come tested negative for COVID-19. There are also tests available at the venue. If you’re experiencing cold symptoms, please consider staying at home.
What to bring: Bring yourself & your beloved trans* body, warm and comfy clothes, things that ground you, massaging tools or a journal to write in if you want. 🙂
About us: We are two trans* artists/activists and close friends creating spaces of rest and mutual empowerment for especially trans* communities. We combine Samira’s perspective of being a bodyworker/somatic practitioner and Béla’s podcasting and community organizing experiences. While March 8 is often celebrated publicly, many women, trans, intersex and non binary people continue to experience systemic oppression. For those who want to take the streets, it is important to be prepared.
This hands-on workshop offers practical insights on how to prepare for a protest in Berlin, move in solidarity, protect one another, and care for ourselves and others in challenging situations. We will also discuss our rights as protesters and share strategies to help keep each other as safe as possible.
Open to BIPOC, BIWOC* and TIN* BIPOC centered.
There will be space to create and make signs. Bring paper or cardboard, markers, pens and colours.

Die Furie ist laut Definition eine rasende, furchterregende und Schrecken verbreitende Rachegöttin. Im Alltag findet sich “Furie” als ein abwertendes Wort für eine rasende und wütende Frau wieder.
Wenn Flinta* als Furien beschrieben werden, spiegelt das oft eine Zuschreibung von emotionaler Übertreibung oder Unbeherrschtheit wider. Warum gilt diese Beleidigung nicht auch bei Cis-Männern? Starke Wut wird bei Cis-Männern anders bewertet und verwechselt mit Entschlossenheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Die Zuschreibung “Furie” dient somit als abwertender Rahmen, der unsere Selbstbehauptung entwertet, während Cis-Männer nicht mit dämonischer Weiblichkeit, sondern mit Macht assoziiert werden.
Davon haben wir genug und eignen uns den Begriff an. Wut ist nicht nur eine essentielle menschliche Emotion, sondern ein legitimer Bestandteil von Protest und Veränderung und die lassen wir uns nicht nehmen.
An alle Furien da draußen: Kommt zusammen! Seid laut und wütend! Solidarisiert euch und geht am 08. März auf die Straße für eine autonome und sichere Lebenswelt aller Flinta*.
Für den Abend haben wir euch ein vielseitiges Programm vorbereitet:
Lisa Jarzyński @liesa.late präsentiert uns zum Einstieg ein „How to: Brandbrief an den male gaze“ und setzt sich mit dem Problem des heterosexuellen und cis-männlichen Blickes auf die Welt auseinander, der uns im Alltag bewusst und unbewusst ständig begleitet und beeinflusst. Außerdem zeigt sie euch wie ihr euren eigen Brandbrief verfasst.
Anschließend laden wir euch ein an einem Flinta*-Schrei-Workshop teilzunehmen, um dann wütend und energiegeladen gemeinsam im Zelt zu KAOS @kaosbandberlin und Yung FSK18 @yungfsk18 abzutanzen.
Ab 22 Uhr könnt ihr dann zu sexy House Tunes auf der Lobby schwoofen gefolgt von schnelleren Basslines, Techno und Trance auf dem MDF ab 23 Uhr.
In diesem Sinne bleibt furios, fotzig und feministisch.

Die Erde am Ende ihrer Ressourcen, die Konsequenzen zwischen Wasserknappheit und Überflutungen. Auf den neonleuchtenden Reklametafeln der Mega-Konzerne werden KI-gesteuerte Roboter angepriesen. Moment... Ist das eine Dystopie unserer Zukunft oder schon Realität? Und gibt es (wirklich) keine Alternativen? Was sind unsere Utopien und was sind die Wege dorthin? In dieser Dragshow nehmen euch die FreaKings mit auf Gedankenspiele zwischen düsteren (vielleicht auch kinky ;)) Welten und den schönsten realistischen bis phantastischen Szenarien, die unsere freaKy Köpfe so hergeben.

Die Furie ist laut Definition eine rasende, furchterregende und Schrecken verbreitende Rachegöttin. Im Alltag findet sich “Furie” als ein abwertendes Wort für eine rasende und wütende Frau wieder.
Wenn Flinta* als Furien beschrieben werden, spiegelt das oft eine Zuschreibung von emotionaler Übertreibung oder Unbeherrschtheit wider. Warum gilt diese Beleidigung nicht auch bei Cis-Männern? Starke Wut wird bei Cis-Männern anders bewertet und verwechselt mit Entschlossenheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Die Zuschreibung “Furie” dient somit als abwertender Rahmen, der unsere Selbstbehauptung entwertet, während Cis-Männer nicht mit dämonischer Weiblichkeit, sondern mit Macht assoziiert werden.
Davon haben wir genug und eignen uns den Begriff an. Wut ist nicht nur eine essentielle menschliche Emotion, sondern ein legitimer Bestandteil von Protest und Veränderung und die lassen wir uns nicht nehmen.
An alle Furien da draußen: Kommt zusammen! Seid laut und wütend! Solidarisiert euch und geht am 08. März auf die Straße für eine autonome und sichere Lebenswelt aller Flinta*.
Für den Abend haben wir euch ein vielseitiges Programm vorbereitet:
Lisa Jarzyński @liesa.late präsentiert uns zum Einstieg ein „How to: Brandbrief an den male gaze“ und setzt sich mit dem Problem des heterosexuellen und cis-männlichen Blickes auf die Welt auseinander, der uns im Alltag bewusst und unbewusst ständig begleitet und beeinflusst. Außerdem zeigt sie euch wie ihr euren eigen Brandbrief verfasst.
Anschließend laden wir euch ein an einem Flinta*-Schrei-Workshop teilzunehmen, um dann wütend und energiegeladen gemeinsam im Zelt zu KAOS @kaosbandberlin und Yung FSK18 @yungfsk18 abzutanzen.
Ab 22 Uhr könnt ihr dann zu sexy House Tunes auf der Lobby schwoofen gefolgt von schnelleren Basslines, Techno und Trance auf dem MDF ab 23 Uhr.
In diesem Sinne bleibt furios, fotzig und feministisch.
Aus dem Winterschlaf gepellt, alle Fühler Richtung Dancefloor – wir starten in die Saison mit einer ganz besonderen Nacht. 💥
Rund um den Weltfrauentag feiern wir Sisterhood & Solidarity. Wir wollen FLINTA* sichtbar supporten, Räume stärken und gemeinsam ein politisches Zeichen setzen. Let’s dance in solidarity.

Queeres Trauercafé im März 2026
⏳Das nächste Treffen findet am Samstag, den 07. März 2026, um 14:00-16:00 Uhr im Café Cralle (Hochstädter Str. 10A, 13347 Berlin) statt.
🍂 Das Queere Trauercafé ist eine Selbsthilfegruppe, die einmal im Monat stattfindet, und sich an Personen richtet, deren Genderidentität und sexuelle Orientierung jenseits der cis-geschlechtlichen und heterosexuellen Norm liegen. Trans, inter, nicht-binäre sowie lesbische, schwule, bisexuelle, aromantische, pan-, asexuelle Personen sind herzlich eingeladen.
🥀 Das Trauercafé bietet einen Ort, sich in der Gruppe mit den eigenen Trauererfahrungen und Formen des Abschieds um eine verstorbene Person auseinanderzusetzen. Hier können Geschichten von der/den verstorbenen Person(en) erzählt, Gefühle geteilt und Fragen gestellt werden.
📨Organisatorisches: Eine regelmäßige Teilnahme an den Treffen ist nicht notwendig, um dabei sein zu können. Ihr könnt jederzeit dazu stoßen. Für die Planung ist allerdings wichtig, dass ihr euch vorab per E-Mail an queerestrauercafe@posteo.de anmeldet. Bitte macht vorab einen Coronatest und kommt ohne Erkältungssymptome zum Event. Vor Ort werden wir auch ein paar Tests haben. Bitte beachtet, dass das Trauercafé eine Support Gruppe darstellt und nicht therapeutisch angeleitet wird.
📍Leider ist das Café nicht komplett barrierfrei. Das Café hat eine mobile Rampe. Aber es gibt keine rollstuhlgerechten Toiletten. In den Toiletten gibt es Haltegriffe an der Wand, die das Aufstehen erleichtern können. Die nächste öffentliche rollstuhlgerechte Toilette ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt auf dem Maxplatz.

Clay listens. It holds what we bring to it. Every press, every pause, every trace of touch is welcomed.
This ritual with clay is a gentle offering for QTI*BIPoC folks to slow down and arrive into the body and into creativity. Working with clay invites us into a quieter rhythm, where touch becomes a way of listening and presence becomes enough.
When your hands meet the earth, softening begins. letting go becomes possible. form comes into being.
Clay allows us to stay close to what we carry. We honor the ways emotions move us toward creativity, shaping how we touch, pause, and transform.
All types of emotions; those you wish to welcome into your present moment, as well as those forgotten or given less attention, are welcome when you hold clay. Clay has a memory, and so do you. When these memories meet, change becomes visible. As Joy Harjo reminds us, "the earth does not resist. it receives. It transforms."
The workshop begins with a short, gentle guided meditation while holding clay, allowing the body to arrive before the mind. From there, we create slowly, following what the clay invites rather than aiming for a specific result.
This offering is not about skill or finished objects. It is about reconnecting with your creative self in a way that feels authentic and uniquely yours. A reminder that change is welcomed, that reshaping is possible, and that unfinished is a valid place to arrive.
Together, we move through simple, caring prompts, toward stillness, trust, and (subtle) transformation.
Let emotion be a channel. Let clay be a companion. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Es ist endlich wieder Workshopzeit: Ab sofort könnt ihr über den Link in der Bio Tickets für unseren FLINTA* DJ-Workshop am 07.03. im @klunkerkranich kaufen.
Im Workshop lernt ihr in einem geschützten Raum Mixer und Player kennen und übt gemeinsam mit unseren Workshopleitungen @ella_stracciatella und @haana.peony eure ersten Übergänge. Am Anschluss an den Workshop dürfen alle Teilnehmenden ihre neu gewonnenen Fähigkeiten beim begleiteten Auflegen direkt vor Publikum präsentieren – natürlich nur, wenn ihr möchtet.
Außerdem stimmen wir uns an dem Tag auch auf den feministischen Kampftag am 8. März ein: Ab 16 Uhr öffnet das Wohnzimmer seine Türen für unser Showcase und um 20 Uhr treffen wir uns hinter den Alpen für eine Paneldiskussion zum Thema Safer Spaces. Danach geht’s dort um 21 Uhr mit dem begleiteten Auflegen und dem zweiten Teil des Showcases los.

Was, wenn sich jede Frau einfach einen Tag frei nehmen würde...
Anlässlich des Frauen*tages zeigt das DT am 7. März den Film Ein Tag ohne Frauen (2024) von Pamela Hogan über den historischen Frauenstreik 1975 in Island.
Als 90 Prozent der isländischen Frauen an einem Herbstmorgen im Jahr 1975 ihre Arbeit niederlegten und ihre Häuser verließen, weil sie sich weigerten zu arbeiten, zu kochen oder sich um die Kinder zu kümmern, brachten sie ihr Land zum Stillstand und katapultierten Island zum „besten Ort der Welt, um eine Frau zu sein”.
Zum ersten Mal von den Frauen selbst erzählt und mit spielerischen Animationen versehen, ist Ein Tag ohne Frauen subversiv und unerwartet lustig. „Wir liebten unsere chauvinistischen Schweine”, erinnert sich eine der Aktivistinnen, „wir wollten sie nur ein wenig verändern!”. Der Film erschien pünktlich zum 50. Jahrestag des Streiks im Jahr 2025 und regt mit seiner Botschaft über die kollektive Kraft der Frauen, ihre Gesellschaft zu verändern, dazu an, das Mögliche neu zu denken.
Ein Tag ohne Frauen feierte seine Weltpremiere auf dem Hot Docs Festival in Toronto, Kanada und wurde seitdem weltweit auf zahlreichen Festivals gezeigt. Der Film wurde als „Bester Dokumentarfilm” auf den Nordischen Filmtagen ausgezeichnet und gewann den „Audience Award” des Mind the Gap Festivals in den USA.

“Sichtbarkeit schaffen” ist für viele immer noch eine sehr wichtige politische Strategie für queeren Aktivismus. Aber wie steht es jetzt in Zeiten von einem rechten Vormarsch in denen insbesondere Trans*Personen und alles, was mit dem Hinterfragen der Norm der Zweigeschlechterordnung zu tun hat, zum Feindbild gemacht wird? Ist diese Politik zu gefährlich geworden? Es ist noch gar nicht so lange her, da hat man in den Mainstream Medien nie von Queers gehört. Das Bedürfnis danach, „uns“ zu sehen – in der Geschichte, in Kunst und Kultur und allen Bereichen der Gesellschaft – zu wissen, dass es andere gab und gibt wie „uns“, bleibt. Aber wer ist hier eigentlich „wir“? Das Thema „queere Sichtbarkeit“ ist sehr unterschiedlich je nachdem, von welcher Positionierung wir ausgehen. Für queere und trans* BIPoCs gibt es oft das Paradox, gleichzeitig „hypersichtbar“ zu sein und unsichtbar – z.B. weil viele queere Spaces weiß sind. Aber auch lesbische Femmes kämpfen oft mit Unsichtbarkeit. Kunst kann hier mit Sara Ahmed ein guter „starting point“ sein, ein Ausgangspunkt, von dem wir Linien verfolgen können, um neu über queere Sichtbarkeit nachzudenken. Frieden flechten - Patriarchat zerfetzen! Demonstration zum Feministischen Kampftag 8. März 2026 | 13:00 📍 Alexanderplatz
Am Feministischen Kampftag gehen wir gemeinsam auf die Straße. Für eine Welt ohne Gewalt, ohne Ausbeutung, ohne Krieg. Für Gerechtigkeit statt Unterdrückung. Für ein gutes Leben für alle.
Wir flechten Frieden, zwischen Communities, Generationen und Widerständen. Und gleichzeitig entgegen der Gewalt des Patriarchates, das tagtäglich in unseren Köpfen, in den Institutionen, in den Verhältnissen lebt, schaffen wir eine Gesellschaft ohne sexualisierte und häusliche Gewalt, ohne Lohnungleichheit, ohne Rassismus und kapitalistischer Ausbeutung.
Denn der Weg zum Frieden bedeutet nicht alleine die physische Abwesenheit von Krieg, sie bedeutet Ni Una Menos, sowie Jin Jiyan Azadî und ein würdevolles Leben für alle.
Symbolisch endet unsere Demonstration am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, denn der 08. März ist nicht nur seit kurzer Zeit ein Feiertag in Berlin, sondern ein Tag der politischen Haltung, vereint im Kampf gegen das Patriarchat und auf dem Weg grenzenlosen Friedens.

Der radikale Kampf um ein lebenswertes Leben für alle wird im Kontext sich zuspitzender gesellschaftlicher und wirtschaftlicher Krisen immer schwerer. Und trotzdem stehen wir hier: wütend, erschöpft und entschlossen!
Seit Jahren betreiben wir Feuerwehrpolitik: Wir reagieren auf finanzielle Kürzungen, stehen Angriffen auf fundamentale feministische Rechte entgegen, prangern das Wegbrechen sozialer Sicherungssysteme und misogyne, antisemitische, rassistische und faschistische Gewalt an. Doch immer mehr gesellschaftliche Flächenbrände tun sich auf und wir kommen kaum dazu, uns zusammenzuschließen, solidarische Lösungen zu erarbeiten und politische Forderungen zu stellen. Dabei wollen wir nicht nur Brände löschen - Wir wollen die Verhältnisse verändern. Wir wollen das gute Leben für alle!
Dieses Jahr stellen wir bei unserer Demo am 8.März das Thema Armut mit all seinen Facetten in den Fokus. Hierbei ist die enge und komplexe Verwobenheit von Patriarchat und Kapitalismus relevant: Diese Herrschaftsverhältnisse sind miteinander verbunden und müssen gemeinsam bekämpft werden. Wir wollen dieses Jahr besonders diejenigen in den Blick nehmen, die am meisten unter den Verhältnissen zu leiden haben und selten gehört werden. Dabei stehen wir entschieden der Normalisierung von Vereinzelung entgegen und lehnen die Erzählung ab, dass alle für ihren sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Status allein selbst verantwortlich sind. Wir sind überzeugt, dass nur ein antifaschistischer, antikapitalistischer und universeller Feminismus emanzipatorische Kämpfe zusammenführen und solidarische Antworten auf Armut, Hass und Ausgrenzung bieten kann.
Wir richten uns damit gegen selektiven Feminismus, ob aus biologistischen, queerfeindlichen, antisemitischen oder rassistischen Argumentationen und stehen gemeinsam gegen jede patriarchale Unterdrückung. Für einen linksradikalen und antikapitalistischen Feminismus!

Программа вечера 16:30–17:30 ПИСЬМА СОЛИДАРНОСТИ Совместно пишем письма политзаключённым FLINTA-персонам в Беларуси и России. Через такую простую форму мы не только поддерживаем персон в заключении и помогаем им сохранить связь с миром, но и показываем репрессивным институциям, что персона не забыта. Солидарность — это действие.
18:00–19:30 ИСТОРИИ В ДВИЖЕНИИ Шесть FLINTA-спикер:ок поделятся своими исследованиями, работой и личными наблюдениями. Темы затронут прокрастинацию, нейронауку, работу за камерой немецкого телевидения, дата-анализ, полиаморию и жизнь в Берлине.
Выступления пройдут в динамичном формате 20 слайдов по 20 секунд каждый — ритмичная структура, вдохновлённая международными форматами коротких визуальных презентаций, где важно говорить по существу и держать темп.

Ab März gibt es jeden Dienstag von 16-18 Uhr persönliche Beratung bei L-Support ohne aufwändige Terminvereinbarung!
Das Beratungsangebot richtet sich an weiblich gelesene Personen, die homophobe Gewalt erlebt haben. Menschen, die sich als trans*, inter* und nicht-binär identifizieren, sind willkommen. Wir beraten queer-feministisch, parteilich und diskriminierungssensibel. Die Beratung ist kostenlos und auf Wunsch anonym.
In einem persönlichen Beratungsgespräch können Anliegen rund um das Thema homophobe Gewalt gegen weiblich gelesene Menschen besprochen werden. Unsere Berater*innen unterstützen dich bei der emotionalen Stabilisierung und vermitteln bei Bedarf an weitere Angebote. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Handlungsstrategien, die dir dabei helfen, mit dem Erlebten umzugehen.
Die erste Sprechstunde findet am 05.03. von 16-18 Uhr bei L-Support in der Potsdamer Str. 39, 10783 Berlin statt.

⚡Is there a dance floor? Not really. there's a ping pong table on the dancefloor - no one's gonna stop you from dancing around it.
⚡Can I bring my laptop and controller? No. Please don't plug any external devices into our mixer. The open decks are for practising on club-standard equipment only (CDJs, Turntables, Mixer)
⚡What equipment is available? 2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus2, 2x Technics 1210 MKII, 1x Allen & Heath xone 92.

Wir beraten queer-feministisch, parteilich und diskriminierungssensibel. Die Beratung ist kostenlos und auf Wunsch anonym.
In einem persönlichen Beratungsgespräch können Anliegen rund um das Thema homophobe Gewalt gegen weiblich gelesene Menschen besprochen werden. Unsere Berater*innen unterstützen dich bei der emotionalen Stabilisierung und vermitteln bei Bedarf an weitere Angebote. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Handlungsstrategien, die dir dabei helfen, mit dem Erlebten umzugehen.
Die erste Sprechstunde findet am 05.03. von 16-18 Uhr bei L-Support in der Potsdamer Str. 39, 10783 Berlin statt.

About Mathilde Kleo (She/they): Hello there. My name is Mathilda, which means "mighty in battle," my middle name is Kleo, which means "famous," and Colada stands for "relaxation." Quite a combination of who I am and who I am becoming. I was born in Eastern Europe, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and have been living in Western Europe—Germany and Spain—since 2017. I have felt settled in Berlin since 2021. I have a background in dance theater education, a yoga certification, and I worked as an entertainment manager in Spain for two years, with licenses in Zumba, Aqua Zumba, and Pound. I have been working in the fitness industry in Berlin since 2021, and since my transition as a trans woman, Now, I am able and becoming more aware of with whom I share my energy. I am so grateful and passionate to start teaching at Seitenwechsel, empowering my Queer and TIN* community. 🎨 Du hast Lust deine Kreativität in einer Gruppe zu entdecken bzw. weiterzuentwickeln? Dann komm und mach mit! Anfänger*innen und Fortgeschrittene sind gleichermaßen willkommen. Was zählt ist die Lust am Spiel mit Farben und Materialien im Sinne von Mixed Media. Es kommt hier nicht darauf an „richtig“ zu zeichnen oder zu malen, sondern mehr deiner Intuition zu folgen, wobei die Inspiration durch die Gruppe hilfreich sein kann.
Zu Beginn werden wir eine kurze Meditation machen, gefolgt von einer Aufwärmübung. Dann führe ich in eine Technik oder thematische Aufgabe ein, die jede*r auf kleinem Format umsetzt – eigene Ideen sind selbstverständlich immer willkommen.
Ein Grundstock an Malmaterial ist vorhanden (hierfür erbitten wir eine Beteiligung von 3-5 Euro pro Person). Du kannst auch gerne eigenes Malmaterial (Aquarellstifte, Wasser- oder Aquarellfarben, Ölkreiden o.ä.), Papiere, Skizzenbücher mitbringen.
Das Angebot wird von Jutta Hagemann (sie/ihr) angeleitet und begleitet.
Für Getränke ist gesorgt.
Die Veranstaltung findet in deutscher Lautsprache statt. Die Räume des Q*BeL liegen im 3. Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug, jedoch muss dann noch eine halbe Treppe überwunden werden. In unseren Räumen gibt es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Teilt uns gerne vorab mit, was ihr braucht, um bei unseren Angeboten teilzunehmen.

Die nächste barrierefreie öffentliche Toilette befindet sich am Richardplatz und ist ca 450 Meter entfernt. Die Toiletten sind all gender.
– Der rechte Raum verfügt über Stehurinale. – Der linke Raum ist für die ausschließliche Benutzung für FLINTA* Personen vorgesehen. The nearest barrier-free public toilet is at Richardplatz and is about 450 meters away. The toilets are all gender.
– The right room has standing urinals. – The left room is intended for the exclusive use of FLINTA* people. There is smoking in the B location and the non-smoking area where we sit is open to the smoking area. In summer we sit outside, but if necessary with smokers nearby.

Wir beraten queer-feministisch, parteilich und diskriminierungssensibel. Die Beratung ist kostenlos und auf Wunsch anonym.
In einem persönlichen Beratungsgespräch können Anliegen rund um das Thema homophobe Gewalt gegen weiblich gelesene Menschen besprochen werden. Unsere Berater*innen unterstützen dich bei der emotionalen Stabilisierung und vermitteln bei Bedarf an weitere Angebote. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Handlungsstrategien, die dir dabei helfen, mit dem Erlebten umzugehen.
Die erste Sprechstunde findet am 05.03. von 16-18 Uhr bei L-Support in der Potsdamer Str. 39, 10783 Berlin statt.

⚡What musical styles are allowed? Whatever floats your boat - But please be mindful of the impact your music might have on other people. Hard & fast musical styles are potentially stressful, especially in the early evening hours.
⚡How long are the playtimes? between 30mins and 1 hour.
⚡Is there a dance floor? Not really. there's a ping pong table on the dancefloor - no one's gonna stop you from dancing around it.
⚡Can I bring my laptop and controller? No. Please don't plug any external devices into our mixer. The open decks are for practising on club-standard equipment only (CDJs, Turntables, Mixer)
⚡What equipment is available? 2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus2, 2x Technics 1210 MKII, 1x Allen & Heath xone 92.

Ab März gibt es jeden Dienstag von 16-18 Uhr persönliche Beratung bei L-Support ohne aufwändige Terminvereinbarung!
Das Beratungsangebot richtet sich an weiblich gelesene Personen, die homophobe Gewalt erlebt haben. Menschen, die sich als trans*, inter* und nicht-binär identifizieren, sind willkommen. Wir beraten queer-feministisch, parteilich und diskriminierungssensibel. Die Beratung ist kostenlos und auf Wunsch anonym.
In einem persönlichen Beratungsgespräch können Anliegen rund um das Thema homophobe Gewalt gegen weiblich gelesene Menschen besprochen werden. Unsere Berater*innen unterstützen dich bei der emotionalen Stabilisierung und vermitteln bei Bedarf an weitere Angebote. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Handlungsstrategien, die dir dabei helfen, mit dem Erlebten umzugehen.
Die erste Sprechstunde findet am 05.03. von 16-18 Uhr bei L-Support in der Potsdamer Str. 39, 10783 Berlin statt.

⚡I identify as cis-male, am I welcome here? Just not tonight. But we offer the same concept open to everyone on all other wednesdays of the month 🙂
⚡What musical styles are allowed? Whatever floats your boat - But please be mindful of the impact your music might have on other people. Hard & fast musical styles are potentially stressful, especially in the early evening hours.
⚡How long are the playtimes? between 30mins and 1 hour.
⚡Is there a dance floor? Not really. there's a ping pong table on the dancefloor - no one's gonna stop you from dancing around it.
⚡Can I bring my laptop and controller? No. Please don't plug any external devices into our mixer. The open decks are for practising on club-standard equipment only (CDJs, Turntables, Mixer)
⚡What equipment is available? 2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus2, 2x Technics 1210 MKII, 1x Allen & Heath xone 92.
⚡I am an absolute beginner, can I still play? Absolutely! We want to encourage you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, to try yourself out and to get in touch with other FLINTA* who share your passion for music.
