Darius and I are excited to share our monthly somatic voice peer group with you! We'll lead two hour sessions for tin* people with different somatic practices to discover our embodied voice - individually and collectively ✨

We want to foster a somatic voice group that comes together regularly to explore and nurture somatic voice practices for us as tin* people with our various needs and wishes
[tin* stands for trans*, inter, nonbinary and everyone who falls outside the endo cis-binary]

    >> You can sign up via a link you receive if you message us <<

Registering is based on self-accountability and trust since we grow as a collective - so please take yourself off the list and don't be a no show if life keeps you from coming. We have 8 spots available and would love for people to come regularly. That being said: feel free to join even if it's just geting to know us 🫶🏻

  • Fahrraddemo zum Tag der lesbischen* Sichtbarkeit

    Sunday April 26, 2026  12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

  • Spring Tincture Making Workshop for al trans people and queer BIPOC

    Sunday April 26, 2026  4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    Karpfenteichstraße 13, 12435 Berlin, Deutschland

    Spring Tincture Making Workshop
    Sunday 26th April: 4-6pm
at the Casa Kua Garden: Karpfenteischstr. 13 - about 100m straight, turn right after the dry toilets

In this workshop, we will learn how to make a tincture with early spring medicinal herbs: you will learn the healing properties of early spring plants such as nettle, burdock and dandelion, and you will learn about the most optimal way to process them into medicinal potions (tea, oxymel, tincture).
We will get hands on with the preparation of a tincture with dried herbs, an alcohol based medicinal potion. For people who don’t consume alcohol, there will be a non-alcoholic alternative.
Early spring herbs are gentle plants that support the liver and the lymphatic system, helping the body get out of winter stagnation and fight off season allergies (hello hayfever!), and harvesting energy for the hotter summer months.

The workshop is for those who want to learn the basics of herbal medicine making, and those who want to hone their already existing knowledge.

Please bring a small jar with you to make the tincture in.
Please bring long sleeves and long pants, preferably not dark: it is tick season and we want to protect ourselves! This especially goes for the babes with autoimmune or chronic illnesses <3

My name is Narumi (they/them), I am an anthropologist with focus on multispecies ethnography, and I have studied herbalism under Sage Maurer of the Gaia School of Healing. I am southern Italian and Ryukyuuan, but have called Berlin my home for 8 years. My approach to plant medicine is one of respect towards their history of indigeneity and coloniality, taking into account the relationship of violence and care between plants and humans, and approaching herbal knowledge scientifically, but also tapping into traditional folk wisdom.

If you have any questions, please email narumi.yutaka@yahoo.it or DM nami.of.the.ecocene

The Casa Kuà Garden is open to all trans people, and queer BIPOC.
Space and toilets are wheelchair accessible, the ground is uneven and unpaved, and not accessible alone if you can’t see well.

    Sunday April 26, 2026  8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Lettrétage, Veteranenstraße 21, 10119 Berlin, Deutschland

Elsa Cailletaud (France) is a multidisciplinary artist focusing on performing arts. Their work explores the interactions between body and space and engages with both individual perception and collective dynamics. They create performances, photography, installations, texts, and sound works. After studying translation at the University of Geneva, they received a scholarship to study dramaturgy and directing at Smith College (USA), where they staged two of their short plays at local festivals. Their current work explores bodily perception through hybrid forms that combine text and scenic experimentation. As part of their artistic projects, they will participate in a residency program in Berlin in 2026.
Flora Karetka (Hungary) is a graduate of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – Music. As an artist with a wide-ranging interest in music from the Baroque period to the present, she is active in music education as well as in various chamber music ensembles. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Contemporary Arts Practice at the Bern University of the Arts, where she explores new sonic worlds and interdisciplinary practices. She will work in Berlin in 2026 as part of her artistic projects.

The FLINTA* Kultur Salon reclaims and rethinks Berlin’s tradition of feminist salons as radical spaces for encounter, resistance, and collective growth. In four interdisciplinary and intersectional events in 2026, the series centers the voices and works of FLINTA* authors, poetry performers, actors, playwrights, and musicians with migration backgrounds who live in Berlin. Through interdisciplinary, cross-genre artistic practices rooted in word and language, they explore themes such as identity, uprooting, autonomy, and solidarity.
